Plaintiff is a 39 year old Suffolk County male who was rear ended on January 16, 2018 while driving to work. Initially Plaintiff thought he had minor whiplash type injuries. MRI revealed multiple herniated discs in his back. Conservative treatment failed and one year post accident he underwent a 2 level lumbar fusion. Case was litigated to the trial calendar and ultimately settled for $750,000.
